Momemsake Neck Pouch
For the past few months I have been working with white cotton rip stop fabric. Trying to nail down an application for it that felt goldilocks. After trying to reduce the things I haul around with me everyday I wanted to create a functional item for that purpose. Voila! a neck pouch, perfect for traveling (fits a passport and everything small that would otherwise be pocketed)
Momemsake is an upcoming brand out of North Carolina started by two friends of mine James and Macy. Geared toward a functional outdoor style with an everyday wearability. Here is where it may get a bit confusing. They will be selling the Dyneema version of the pouch why I will exclusively be selling the rip stop version. Dyneema for those of you who are not up to snuff on their fabrics, is what is currently used in ultra light carry packs, and sailboat sails. High tech fabric and waterproof. Both feature paracord neck straps, waterproof zips, and a clear plastic window. The top opening is for a passport and valuables, the side zip is capable of holding a small notebook, space pen, chapstick, and change. The little window on the front can hold your business cards, boarding tickets, and other doodads.
Each of these were made one at a time by another acquaintance of mine SecondNatvre. She is a professional bag maker located in Singapore and was super helpful with putting the actual item together.
Shipping on these will be March 2019 but you can get an early chance by pre-ordering (limited to 25) in the webstore here.
